Felix Wang

Mr. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of British Columbia and has international expertise in project and corporate management, finance and capital markets, communications and business development. Mr. Wang is also an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and the restaurant industries. He also has over 8 years of experiences in the mining sector. Mr. Wang also works closely with many listed mining companies in M & A, financing, IPO / RTO and equipment financing. He has a strong network of entrepreneurs and investors in North America and Asia.

Lawrence Tsang

Mr. Tsang has more than 15 years of experiences in the mining and metals industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a minor in Economics from the University of British Columbia and is a Registered Professional Geologist (PGeo). Mr. Tsang has managed  many projects in both private and public companies exploring minerals deposits for gold, silver, and base metals. Mr. Tsang also participated in and conducted mineral assessment reports, resource and feasibility technical research reports, and permit applications. Mr. Tsang also has experiences in the finance industry and currently serves as the Senior Geologist of Ascot Resources Ltd. (AOT.TO) and the Advisor of Tailwinds Exploration Corp.
