После того как проревела почти неделю,так как сумма была приличная, мне помогли найти способ вернуть свои деньги, пpoцecc cлoжный, нo вoзмoжный. Еcли нyжны пoдpoбнocти звоните 7 (499) 495-13-62
2 заза просила вывести деньги-не вывели.При регистрации обещали-«Не понравиться-выведите деньги в любой момент». Менеджер из финансового отдела не смог обьяснить причину-почему не вывели деньги. Техподдержка не всегда пишет заявку в отдел ,который решит ваш вопрос или не компетентная -не отвечает на вопросы. В итоге слил мой депозит-обнулили полностью счет.
Не выводят 2 месяца, одни отписки. Попали во многие черные списки потому что превратились в шарагу.
Печально, очень печально .. Я считал, что Synergy FX хороший брокер, но это не так. Есть много нюансов которые меня не устроили. Во-первых — это с какой задержкой они выводят средства. А во-вторых, что в них персонал не компетентный и также не вежливый. Этот брокер не для меня.
Реквоты, проскальзывания – это в порядке вещей, медленное исполнение, задержки с выплатами – это тоже нормально для CMC Spread. У них все норм, кроме чего-то хорошего. работа терминала у них — просто ужас, сливают деньги. Не нормальный брокер. А аф***ты!!!!
